Elan Green, MSW, LICSWA · Seattle, Washington
Individual therapy
for the whole person.
Somatic, depth, and transpersonal therapy for adults navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, and existential transition. Specializing in psychedelic preparation and integration.
My Approach
Therapy that integrates
mind, body, and spirit.
01
Grounded in the Body
The body holds the map. Somatic approaches help us listen to what the nervous system already knows, building capacity for regulation and embodied presence.
- Somatic Experiencing
- Nervous system regulation
- Trauma processing
02
Rooted in Relationship
Healing happens in connection — with others, and with every part of ourselves. Through Internal Family Systems and relational work, we meet the parts we've learned to hide.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Parts work
- Relational healing
03
Reaching Toward Meaning
Depth and transpersonal approaches help us connect to something larger: purpose, values, the questions that matter most — including psychedelic preparation and integration.
- Depth psychology
- Transpersonal psychology
- Psychedelic integration

About
Hi, I'm Elan.
I believe that healing isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about reconnecting with the wholeness that was always there. My approach draws from somatic experiencing, depth psychology, and transpersonal traditions to meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you're navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, relationship challenges, or searching for deeper meaning and purpose, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for exploration and growth.
I also specialize in psychedelic preparation and integration. Drawing on four years as a psychedelic researcher at the University of Washington, I offer grounded, clinically informed support for those preparing for or making meaning of psychedelic experiences, whether in a clinical trial, retreat, or personal context.
My name, Elan, means "oak tree" in Hebrew. Like the oak, I believe we grow strongest when we're deeply rooted, connected to our bodies, our stories, and to something larger than ourselves.
